Joy toggle repair

Firstly get hold of some nylon rod or a disused 2 pin plug. Cut the rod or metal to the correct length, make a T cut at the bottom.

File the joystick so the T cut fits in and then glue it in place using a jig for support. Same with broken switches.

Example of Roland SH101 repair, try getting parts for this one; no chance.

So you just have to improvise.
