How do I import a .MID... ?[Go to file section of your sequencer scan down the list to import and click. Then choose the import option either SMF (standard MIDI file, format 0, format 1 or in some cases with demix. the sequence will then appear on the screen for you to save as a normal file. If the file appears as one track you need to use the demix facility to break it up into channels. If nothing plays on your midi equipment then you need to check if midi out/thru is on and also whether you have the correct port eg external midi instead of your sound card.] Back to TopWhere can I find import on my sequencer... ?[Most sequencers will read SMF but you need to import the file.
