Bulk data for one patch as opposed to individual parameters, just set your sequencer to record and preferably the juno to Channel 1 ,easy to remember for upload, then whilst the sequencer records you press the patch button, this fires it to the sequencer. Bulk for patch group A or B is via tape interface.
